This method requires you to replace a certain folder from the folder of a different system. You can apply this method if the MMC could not create the snap-in error is because of the folder.   6. As an option to change the owner of all subfolders and files inside the folder, in the “Advanced Security Settings” window, choose the checkbox “Replace owner on subcontainers and objects” . Press OK to change ownership.
  7. The last step is to replace the folder and checking whether the MMC could not create the snap-in error still exists or not.

Method 4: Rename the mmc.exe File in System32

This method does not work all the time, but when it does, it can solve your problem rapidly and is a simple one to use. It involves the following steps:
